Build a custom page using html, css and js and add it to studio pro

I followed this documentation in here Create Custom Error Pages | Mendix Documentation to build a custom error page. I have my error_page folder that contains the html, js and css files in theme folder. Can you tell me how can I use this page in studio pro ? because I didn’t understand how can a folder with such files can be transformed to an existing page inside my project tree in studio pro. Thanks.
