Tooltip on one of the column does not show all the message/content of the coulmn when there is only one record in the datagrid2, but it shows proper message/content when there are more than 1 rows/entries in the datagrid 2

Here when user hovers over the entity in the rows, entire content is not shownin the tooltip. THis occurs in datagrid 2 only when there is only one record
