Change font, colors, and theme

I am a beginner with a few questions, so simple wording an directions would help a ton. I’ve read a bunch of the explanations in the forum but they are not novice responses.    I am using the free studio pro version for a class assignment. Your help would be greatly appreciated.    How do I change the size of my Title/heading How do I change the color of the text and border of the buttons? Is there anyway to have a background picture? How can I create a color theme that is continous throughout each new page?
