Hello everyone , i need your help , i have implemented few radio buttons in the form , when i select any radio button unnecessary one black dot is coming with that , as you can see in the above-mentioned screenshort , anyone has any idea about this how to remove the same , if yes please let know so i can easily removed that . thanks in advance

That looks like part of the default styling showing through. Are you using your own theme / styling? If you are it would be a CSS change in your theme to hide this.
