import files and scan them

is there any mendix module that gives us the right to import a file from the web and checks if the files is infected with a malware (scan) ?

Yes there is. But do note that this is a paid service: Virus scan for Mendix https://marketplace.mendix.com/link/component/29130

Do also note however that there are some API's that scan for a virus but those are also paid when used commercialy.
