GooglePlaceAutocompleteConnector help needed with API key

I am trying to implement the Mendix GooglePlaceAutocompleteConnector module and am getting an error from the response that says "API keys with referer restrictions cannot be used with this API." We are upgrading from an older widget that used this key. Is there a configuration I missed? Thank you in advance!
