Store different imported files with a specific year and month - ExcelImporter Module

Hello! I have two entities rows that has the content of the imported file using ExcelImporter module and Entity that has the year and month of the specific file imported. When I import a file I can view its content in the overvew page of rows entity, but when I import another one and I check in the database, I find that the content of the first imported file got replaced by the second one. I need to store files with a specific year and month that the user should choose. Could you help me ?
