How to create a table that contains workflow contexts and also the status of the workflow?

I want to create a table (datagrid 2?). The columns should contain several workflow contexts but I also want to see the status of the process and the date it was started next to it. My question is how can the entity tables be associated and how can the data be displayed in the table? (I have read possible ways, but in studio pro version 10.1 you can't generalize system.workflow, which is how associating was suggested)
