How to have 2 different navigation tree, one for online and one for offline app?

Hello, I need for my app to work online and offline with some restrictions. I created a PWA Responsive web and a PWA Responsive web offline navigation profiles. This created many errors because Offline profile can have access to online pages through the navigation tree of the online profile. Is there a way to put a variable here to tell which profile it needs to show based on the profile of the user is on? Or do you have any other solution? Thanks for your help.
