SVNWorkingCopyException Checksum mismatch error while updating the app

Hi! I get an SVN Working Copy Exception every time i try to update my application I have tried cleaning up, reverting changes, and resolving through Tortoise SVN, but nothing worked. I did download a fresh copy of the branch which resolved my update issue, but I was still wondering why this issue occurs in the first place and if there's any other quick fix for it.
