My Pop Up page doenst show up after my Login screen?

Hi There, I made a Pop up page that should be pop up after I LOGIN. But when i start view app it doesn't pop up after my Login page. I tried to put it in my Login Page Microflow on several places in the Microflow as you can see on the yellow circles. - My Cookie (Pop-UP) page is set on: What do i need to do for the page to pop up after I login? Please Help me :)
