Micosoft Sharepoint - Mendix App - Azure AD - API permission

Hello everyone, I want to connect my Mendix up with Microsoft Sharepoint, to download and upload files. I am following this guidance https://medium.com/mendix/upload-a-file-to-sharepoint-using-mendix-5f8f6c696a42 but i am kind of confused, because i cannot seems to find the Azure AD page of my App, where i an click on "API permission from the menu and give access to both API permission and SharePoint permission". Can you please give me a guidance in this regard? I have added a screenshot below: Thank you!
