Good day im struggling with getting this Validation correct as shown in the image the Premium Tab should only show that error message when the Value shows 0 i will show my Validation as well

Do you have more than Show Validation action on the Premium attribute? It may be you meant to select another attribute elsewhere?

When is the validation microfow executed? Could the validation be executed before the Premium is calculated and assigned?

You should use $Calculated/Premium = 0 in your decision instead of $Calculated/Premium > 0 . When it's true, it should go to your validation.
