I want one email, instead of that I am getting 2 emails

Hii team, i am working on one app where I want to create record via email. For that I am using some credentials to create record in my App. If I am using proper credentials record is getting created. But if I use wrong credential, I should get only 1 error email, but instead of that I am getting 2 emails for error. I don't where it is breaking. I am attaching all the flow for this. You have to see surety research flow.
