I have the Deeplink module installed and working, but have found that if I define Alternative Home Pages for different user roles, then the Deeplink startup microflow defined as the Default Home Page is bypassed, and Deeplink then does not work. Is there any way that these 2 features can be used together? The only way I can think is to change the Startup microflow to retrieve user roles linked to the current user, then specify different forms to open there. Will that work?

That will work. But the correct way to do this is to make the alternative homepages microflows, and check for outstanding deeplinks there as well.
