User management - Owner name is same as the newly created username instead of the original createdby user

Accounts entity is generalized with User. When a new user is added under user management screen, the created by data which is retrieved from Owner association displays the new user created. Example: Logged in user Swathi, creates a new account for Jeba then in the owner association Jeba's name is set instead of swathi. Whereas the changedby displays correctly. Please help on this

Why would you want to change this? 

If you stop and think about it for a second, it's really logical this happens. The person you created needs to be the owner of their own account to be able to edit it when access rules are applied.
