Checklist for applications

After going thru the rapid training and some content, I understand that some applications might not be suitable for Mendix. Are there any guidelines / checklist which quality applications to be suitable for Mendix development?

technical viability is one area. Applications requiring too much customization do not keep it low code. On the other hand, commercial viability could also be  a concern. For e.g. where I need almost unlimited end users for some government application. Such experiences or list of guidelines could help me !
