Hi, I am using email connector, it was working fine. Now we have updated the email connector version. But now I am not able to add email account. Working fine on local but dacing error Mendix cloud. Error: Connector: Uploading file failed: Unable to execute HTTP request: Connect to s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com:443 [s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.218.89.227, s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.218.56.123, s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.92.16.104, s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.92.33.144, s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.218.0.203, s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.218.112.187, s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.218.36.138, s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/52.218.105.82] failed: connect timed out Same problem I am facing with excel import module. If you are not using custom runtime settings like described here, I would suggest creating a ticket with Mendix.
Also have a look at your metrics and running now tab in the Mendix Cloud to see if there are free threads in the connection pool.
