System user roles list view not showing all roles

Hi, Would anyone have idea why when I want to select a user role out of all the ones I have, I can only see these 3? In my app the administrator when creating a new user can directly assign which user role the new user will have but when I display the list with this roles, just 3 out of 8 I have are showed. These are all the roles. I checked all the security and access rules but still cannot make it work. Thanks in advanced!

Did you check the User Management section in User Role? This defines which user roles you are allowed to assign to other users.
