Hello, Can anyone show me the tutorial to create a dynamic fields like ' Vehicle Number, Local and permit type ' So now admin can select as per requirement and it will display in the form. So how to do this ?

You could add a boolean, ShowVehicleNumber, ShowLocal, ShowPermit and use a visible condition to show the field an a page.
