Application or Workflow development for external Adapters Integration

We have an idea on developing a workflow or application for Siemens EnergyIP adapters for which we require support to understand the integration between Mendix and external application. Please let us know if you could help us in understanding the below queries. We have an existing system which has its own authentication, how can we integrate mendix with our system to intercept certain requests or events from the application ? Is there a provision to generate java code from Mendix based on any request or event from external applications ? The above java code should be generated based on certain proprietary libraries from our application. Anyone from the community please feel free to reach us if you could help us in achieving the same.
