When Mendix sends a request to a webservice, there is no charset defined in the Content Type attribute of the HTTP Header. So although the charset is defined in the XML SOAP Message, it's missing in the HTTP Header. This causes the webservice (in this case webservices.nl) to return an error, since the XML-request does not specify character set in the HTTP Header. The Modeler version used is 2.5.1.
