The price for the cloud and what is needed to have a public application

Let's say that I have an application that is ready and I would like it to be public. What would be the price to have this public application? What would be the most advantageous option in terms of cost(Mendix cloud or other option)? I saw that with the basic plan(if i chose mendix deployment) you have a limit of 100 users and this limit can be increased with the related costs. Can you tell me more details about these costs? I'm just starting out a personal project and all these business things are confusing (especially since I'm more of a technical person)
