hiding personalization is on but unable to see column name when click on eye icon

Hi All   I'm working with data grid 2 in personalization hiding is yes and in UI I'm able to see the eye icon at the end column but when I click on the icon column names are not getting displayed  Attaching the below screen shot for reference    Any suggestions on how to display to the column names would be helpful     Thanks in advance

Did you check the properties of each column to ensure they are hideable?
