Hello, Can anyone help me that how to show input field on select of others from vehicle type dropdown in below and store it in the vehicle type also screenshot.

Hello Dwija,

 

You can place you your input field on the page and set the visibility of that field based on the drop down value. Kindly refer the below screen shots. Hope this is what you are looking for.
