How to run SQL query with parameter without test value

Hi, How to run SQL query with parameter and without test values and how to pass the values dynamically to that parameter. Currently, I'm getting the results only for Test Value parameter(303932) but I want to dynamically pass the values into that parameter. Thanks, Aravinth E.
