How to get excel file name with time in proper format during export action

Hi there, I would like to include the time in the name of an Excel file during the export action. Currently, the file name is "Branch Export 9-Jul-2024 9_37 AM," which incorrectly shows the time as HH_MM. It should be formatted as HH:MM (9:37 AM). I understand that for dates we can use '-' instead of '/', but for time, it is not appropriate to use any replacement for ':'. I'm looking for any suggestions or alternatives to address this issue.
