Since I don't have access to the Jabil Starter App, I cannot exactly see where the button is placed.

I would suggest looking at the design properties

not only for the button itself, but also for the 'Home Web' text and surrounding widgets. 

I more or less recreated the issue, but it could be that in your case it is slightly different.

Changing the padding to default solved the issue in my case
