Unclickable radio buttons

when i hover the mouse over the enum options, a red stop sign appears and i cant click anything , i checked security and everything looks well.....

You should make sure you have an instantiated object on the page. In other words, you may need to create an object to be used by the page you are viewing. You can do this using a microflow or nanoflow source for the data container you have on the page or, if you are opening this page from another page, make sure you pass an object to your page when you open it.
