Validation feedback disappers when the input has On change/on leave events

Hi All, I hope you are doing well. I recently upgraded my app from version 8.18.19 to 9.24.25. I noticed an unusual issue with the validation feedback in version 9.These input components will be checked in a save microflow, but they also have onchange events. Validation feedback displays a red alert box on all failed elements. However, if one of the elements is changed underlying onchange event get triggered, then validation alert box disappears from all other failed elements. I tried eliminating the onchange event, however the validation alert persists on other failed elements in this case. Please help me understand why this is happening in 9th version if the input elements has onchange events. Thanks in advance
