How do I use the new login context from atlas web content with the MFA multi factor authentication

I am trying to update my login page to using the LoginContext version from atlas web content 3.6.0 and am wondering how I can use the MFA module with it. I can login fine without MFA, and when I setup MFA I still am able to receive a code, however when entering the code, I am required to enter the username and password again on the same page. This is unlike the old login page which only shows the page with a field for the code and remembers the username and password at this step Thanks
