The "real" error is probably in the log of the application, not the browser console.
Is it a free app? Then you can use the Live log feature.
If it is a licensed cloud node, you can also use the live log feature; but you can also download the log file and find the error in there.

thank you for your reply. I already uploaded the log, and there was no error...I will check, if the seetings where maybe not correct, but the repporting level was on "info".
