External Database works in Studio Pro, but has errors when running the app

Title pretty much explains my issue. I can create an external SQL connection, connect and run a query just fine inside Studio Pro.   Once I launch the app however, I get an error about the connection string....   I don't understand why it would be working in Studio Pro and not from the app, its the same connection string both running locally, any ideas? There is clearly nothing wrong with my connection string since I can connect from Studio Pro, so what gives?

As per Log message suggested URL gives you some idea to resolve.
