OIDC SSO not working on Phone Web but Working on Responsive Web

Question: We're experiencing issues with Single Sign-On (SSO) on our Mendix application. When using the Responsive Web layout, a popup window appears to enter company credentials during SSO. However, when switching to the Phone Web layout, the popup window doesn't display, resulting in an error and preventing SSO. Context: We've already set up OIDC and configured SSO using Microsoft Azure. Error Message: Here are the screenshots illustrating the issue: * Image 1: Successful login through SSO using Responsive Web layout * Image 2: Error occurring due to missing popup window on Phone Web layout Example: Please provide guidance on resolving this issue so that SSO works seamlessly across both Responsive Web and Phone Web layouts.

Hi Ritika,

 

Have you tried to do that in different browsers? Maybe to try in incognito mode, or try to clear cache.

If this does not help, maybe try to contact IT Admin who is responsible for the SSO config, because it should not be a problem if the SSO is setup correctly in the Mendix app.
