The line: <script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/xlsx/0.17.1/xlsx.full.min.js"></script> doesn't work when added directly to an HTMLSnippet. How can this issue be resolved?

If it's something you need globally. You can place it in the Index.html file in your theme/web folder, this will place it on each page (after login I believe)
