Error with sinchronyze and lost the info and bug the app

Hi everybody, I created a mobile app with Mendix, and it worked well up to version 18 of Studio Pro. However, with the release of versions 19 and 20, a bug was introduced in the app. Now, version 21 seems more stable, but the data generated by the app is not being saved, and a bug is occurring for users and in the environment when syncing with web servers. Additionally, the app is not downloading data generated on the web profile, and if synchronization is forced, the app crashes. This development was done with a free license, and Mendix is ignoring me. Has anyone else similar issues.
