MxAdmin cannot log in.

eHello everyone, I have published an application to sandbox. But I can't login to the application with default MxAdmin and passwort . It works always in the local host. Reseting or changing login name and passwort make no sen. I am using a start app from: Mendix Marketplace - AI Bot Starter App How can I fix this error? Thanks

you can enabled Demo users in your Studio Pro and use the credentials generated by MEndix to login to your published app on Sandbox.

In the Sandbox there is no MxAdmin account. What you could do is in the after startup action of your model check if there is an MxAdmin account and if not just create one.

Hi Yuan,
Just go to your app security -> demo users -> copy the mxadmin username & see there will be copy to clipboard password -> copy this username and password & try to login using this because on the publish environment we have to use this password.
