Hi, I updated OIDC V.4 and User commons, but then the Data grid 2 columns are distorted and the Cancel buttons (normal Cancel changes) functions are not working, just nothing is happening when clicked.

This is a common issue, the recommendation is to make sure keep the widgets upgraded or if upgrade doesn't work. There is a work around, which is just copy pasting the sass files before these changes would work.
