Hi, see the differences between both environments, you can check the below might one be the reason:
- Firewall: maybe any port is closed, antivirus updates on production not on the other environment, etc.
- Installation: Java version, IIS version, windows updates etc.
- Access rights: check any access difference between two environments
- Configuration: missing configuration or wrong configuration due to typo mistake or copy-and-past
Sorry but I don't follow..
We downloaded the app and made necessary changes in Mendix Pro... in order to have the application upgraded to newer version..
shouldn't it be just a case of promoting acceptance to production and all the required settings would follow?
I don't see an option to make any changes on production environment at all.
