Mendix cant remember Local users passwords.

When running my Mendix app locally and creating a local user with password, I can open a new window and login with that user. However, if I then restart (Stop/Run) the application and try to login with that user, the username/password is not recognized. In my account overview the user still exists and if I reset the password I can login again. What's going on?

Is there any chance that that user is a Demo user? (see Security - Demo users in the modeler)

If so, the password will be reset to a password that was generated by the modeler each time you restart.

If not, I'm hoping you can file a ticket with our support portal so that we can further debug this on your behalf.
