Unable to upload image in apps Uploading image failed with error code 3

Hi guys, In our app we get an error while the user wants to change his profile image directly from the camera or gallery. We receive this error on the iphone, windows phone and the android devices (Samsung excluded). It seems to be an phonegap file tranfer error, but now idea how to solve this (may because CLI is a elder version; 5.1.1.). I am wondering whether someone of you faced this (similar) error?
