Form always minimized to header when opening [Closed]

I have one specific form which is directly minimized to the header bar after opening the form as a popup. Funny thing is that when I enable firebug the form is not minimized. Has anyone experienced this behavior? And found a solution? Update: Creation of a new form with the exact same content (copy/paste) solved the issue.
