No file document output when downloading as a file

hi, this seems very strange to me, i want to download a object (Report) which has a filedocument as generalization but I don't get any document or any info (console). User has full read,write on object. User role of the user has also file access in security. User is allowed for the Microflow. When debugging, i see that file document is filled. Do I miss something?

Maybe the Pob-ups were blocked in the browser. For example if you are using google chrome and trying to download file and Pop-ups are blocked, the address bar will show a pop-up blocker icon chrome pop-up blocked.

on the strange reason solved did deleting "dowload file" activity and adding new one the issue
