After every Day light saving time , the server time is not synchronise

We have observed thta , the server is not sync with the Day light saving of NL timing. every time we need to do the manual changes for the scheduler time in Mendix. existing time for example suppose one of the Job have Scheduler event time at 3:00 CET, after the day light save time changes, ideally it will sync with the server time, however it will not change the timing, it remains same as it is. Hence request you to please share some solution on it.
