Document template footer

I have made an invoice in a document template. I have placed some variable attributes in a header and footer. I have set the buttom margin at 1 inch but this won't fit. When I change the margin to 3 inch, the footer will become smaller. The higher the margin, the smaller the footer will be. The header is also smaller without setting the top margin. Does anyone has a solution for this or is it a BUG?

You should set the margin in the header (and footer) itself, this is a different margin than the ones for the rest of the document. You can set these in the document template when you have selected the footer/header. Adjust the main document's margins accordingly.

I've notised that already. I've tried every combination but the colom of the footer will become smaller every time. I think this is a BUG!
