Hi, I'm not sure what's changed (or what I've broken), but I've noticed that when feedbacks are coming through in the last couple of weeks the "Active form:" is missing, making it difficult (if there's no screenshot) to see where the error occurred. Is it just me or has a bug crept in somewhere? The feedback widget itself hasn't been updated since December.

The issue with the feedback widget occurred in Mendix 6.5.0+. It should now be resolved and should work for all apps. We have released the fix in the part of the widget that is hosted by our services, so you do not need to update your app. Let us know if you are still having problems!

Hm, now that you mention it, I seem to have the same issue.
I have found the issue and reported it to the appropriate team.
