When a progress bar is shown in my application it's moving in all the browsers I have on my local computer. But it isn't moving at my clients workstations. They are use almost the same Internet Explorer version as I am using (8.0.6001.18702, I'm using 8.0.6001.18702CO). This is a very small issue, but I'm curious what could be the reason for this.
