In 2.4 there was the option to configure mendix runtime to be published through IIS. Jetty was hereby used. Now with the introduction of the Service Manager Tool for publishing Mendix as a windows service, the configuration is slightly different. The main reason for using IIS was to be able to publish the mendix service through HTTPS. I have not found any documentation on configuring the mendix runtime as a Jetty service. Can anyone shed light on this matter? Alternatively another solution would be to configure the runtime to accept HTTPS requests. (Therefore we would need to configure the certificates and all.)
