I am trying the basic tutorial (creating a Pizza Mario sample app). When I click on run to deploy, using my trial account & could space, I get a blanc page with the error message "403 Forbidden". What am I doing wrong?

According to the log, everything is working fine, but you stopped your slot shortly after deploying it. Starting the slot again should be enough, but apparently it isn't, we further investigate the problem and keep you updated.
