Anybody encountered this problem when installing Mendix 2.5.3 on a Windows 200R2 (64bit) machine? Description: Stopped working Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: modeler.exe Problem Signature 02: 2.5.4049.31494 Problem Signature 03: 4d4834fd Problem Signature 04: Modeler Problem Signature 05: 2.5.4049.31494 Problem Signature 06: 4d4834fd Problem Signature 07: 2da9 Problem Signature 08: f Problem Signature 09: System.IO.FileNotFoundException OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.272.7 Locale ID: 1043 None of the Mendix components (Modeler, Service Console) wil start. Tested both 32 an 64bit java version, no difference.

I just went to a customer wednesday to install 2.5.2.1.

In 2008 you can configure .Net instead of downloading it. Don't know how, but I have seen it.

Definitely a .NET issue. You can install .NET framework 3.5 @ here

Thanks a lot. Cloud deployed server by our hosting provider which obviously has limited features :>)

A .Net and a IIs issue, they both need to be configured/installed on the server otherwise the application is denied. Server Management and feature install.
